Jenson Fasteners uses negotiated UPS rates to calculate shipping costs based on order weight and zip code.

Flat Rate Ground Shipping

• Available for the continental U.S.

• Costs are tiered based on box size and never exceed $100.

• Orders ship via UPS Ground with an estimated transit time of 2–4 business days, aligned with carrier estimates.

• Free shipping is offered on orders over $1,500 (continental U.S. only).

• Not available through the U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.

• A deliverable USPS address is required; contact us to arrange the shipment.

Large Orders (200+ lbs) & LTL Freight

• May be shipped LTL Freight based on cost.

• Residential LTL shipments may incur a $100 surcharge.

• Whenever possible, LTL shipments should go to a commercial address or be picked up at a local terminal.

• Contact us if your order qualifies for LTL shipping and has residential or limited accessibility.

Shipping & Transit Times

• Most orders ship by the next business day; some may take 2–4 days based on stock availability.

• Shipping operates Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).

• Transit estimates (UPS ): 2–4 business days, excluding weekends & holidays.
